The Sisterhood Ceiling
“It turns out the glass ceiling wasn’t the only one holding women back. It’s time to smash the sisterhood ceiling we built above ourselves.”
What is the Sisterhood Ceiling?
The Sisterhood Ceiling is the invisible yet powerful barrier that forms when women compete for limited leadership space, internalize scarcity, or withhold support—intentionally or not.
It’s not about blame. It’s about awareness. And most importantly, about action.
Born from years of research and conversations with professional women across industries, this program is a call to name what holds us back and build what lifts us all.

Why Now?
Because support among women at work can’t be assumed.
